Pride x Premier: Join Us as We Scout the Next Generation with Revolution
Join us as we head to London Pride! This weekend we teamed up with Revolution to celebrate, scout, and do what we love most - meeting incredible people and discovering new talent.

What We Got Up To
Our team was spread across central London with rainbow flags, Revolution goodie bags, and incredible energy. Pride is the ultimate celebration of being yourself, and that's exactly what we're about at Premier. The atmosphere was electric. We met performers in sequins, friends celebrating together, couples having the time of their lives, and families with kids waving flags. Some people we chatted to had always dreamed of modelling, others had never considered it until we stopped them.
So What's Scouting All About?
Simply put, we actively seek out talent rather than waiting for applications to come through our doors. We're looking for faces that translate beautifully on camera, people who have genuine confidence, and individuals with that indefinable quality that makes them memorable.
The industry has evolved far beyond traditional height and size requirements. Today, we represent diverse talent for an equally diverse range of opportunities - from high fashion editorials to commercial campaigns to digital content creation.
What Actually Happens When We Scout You
If we approach you, don't worry - it's just a chat. We'll introduce ourselves, explain who we are, and let you know why we think you'd be great for modelling. No pressure at all.
We might ask if you've ever thought about modelling, what you do for work, if you'd be interested in hearing more. If you are, we'll take a few quick photos on our phones (nothing fancy) and get your details.
Then our team will be in touch within a few days to talk about next steps, maybe arrange a meeting or test shoot.

Why Pride Was Perfect for This
Pride isn't just a celebration - it's a reminder of how much the fashion world owes to the LGBTQ+ community. When you look at the biggest names in fashion history, so many of them are part of this community. Legendary designers who revolutionised the runway, photographers who captured defining moments, stylists who created iconic looks, and models who broke every boundary.
From Yves Saint Laurent to Alexander McQueen, from Mario Testino to Steven Meisel, from the drag queens who pioneered avant-garde makeup to the models who made androgyny beautiful - the LGBTQ+ community hasn't just participated in fashion, they've shaped it completely.
That's why being at Pride felt so right for us. We weren't just there to scout - we were there to celebrate and support a community that's given fashion its most fearless creativity, its most authentic moments, and its most groundbreaking talent.
It's also why it's so important for us to remember, celebrate, and look after this community. Not just during Pride month, but all year round. The fashion industry has been built on LGBTQ+ talent, and we have a responsibility to give back, to create opportunities, and to make sure everyone feels welcomed and valued.
Being at Pride meant we could meet people who really understand what it means to be authentic, to be brave, to be yourself in a world that doesn't always make it easy. And honestly, those are exactly the qualities that make the best models.
