Founded by Carole White and Chris Owen in 1981, Premier Model Management is one of the world's top model agencies having represented some of the fashion industry’s most iconic faces and has dominated the fashion world for four decades.

 

The London-based agency focuses on the discovery, development and management of new talent. Premier’s three divisions (Women’s, Men and Artists) include some of the most exciting, diverse and globally recognised talent across the fashion and creative industries. 

 

Carole White is a voice of authority and experience in the fashion industry. Her views and comments are much sought after by the Times, Telegraph, Guardian as well as the BBC, Sky News and CNN to name a few. Carole continues to be well documented within international press as being passionate about diversity in the fashion and modelling industry and she continually works to help overcome misconceptions surrounding race.

 

Premier appeared in the award winning seven-part Channel 4 documentary series “The Model Agency”, which gave unprecedented access in the world of modelling by revealing realities of life within the fashion industry. Carole followed the series by launching her memoir in 2015, “Have I Said Too Much,” published by Random House.
