Do you want to become a Model at Premier?
At Premier, we're constantly looking for New Faces - if you've wanted to be a model for a while and are waiting for that sign to become one, let this be it!
Whether you’ve been strutting in front of the mirror or just curious about how to start, you don’t need to wait for a scout to discover you. You can take the first step yourself—either in person or online.
What We’re Really Looking For
At Premier, we believe modelling is about so much more than fitting a mould. We celebrate and welcome individuality - models from all backgrounds, looks, experiences, and personalities. What matters most is you - who you are, what you love, your passion and presence.
Whether you’re into horse riding, dance, painting, skating—or anything in between—we'd love to hear about it.
Common Misconceptions
- “I need experience.”
You don’t. We don’t expect you to know how to walk a runway or pose like a pro from day one. If we see potential, we’ll help you develop the skills and confidence to grow into your modelling career.
- “I need professional portfolio to apply.”
You don’t need professionally taken photos or a portfolio to apply. Some of the most iconic models have been scouted in shopping malls, at airports and on the street. We want to see you fresh faced, and in your own style, and therefore, you do not need to pay for ‘professional’ photos to be considered when applying. In fact, once you are signed, our new faces agents will develop your portfolio through consistent test shoots.
- “My skin has to be flawless.”
We know skin is real—acne, texture, and all. You’re human, and that’s exactly what we want to see.
- “I don't see any Models like me.”
That's more of a reason to apply! We're always looking for represent diverse talent, and so is the industry. At Premier, we're inclusive and celebrate diversity - we would love to see unique, one of a kind faces!
How to Apply
We scout worldwide, both digitally and in person
1. Walk-In Applications
Visit us at our London office! We hold open walk-ins from Monday to Thursday, between 10am–12pm and 2pm–4pm, no appointment needed.

2. Apply Online
This way, if you're not based in London, you can apply from anywhere in the world!
The first thing we ask for are the so called digitals – clean simple shots of you in natural light, to showcase your natural look and personality. The best part? They don’t need to be professionally shot.
All you need is:
-A phone
-Good lighting (preferably natural lighting)
-A plain background
-A friend or family member to take your photos
Make sure to include:
-A full-body shot
-A headshot
-A side profile
Once your digitals are ready, head over to our Become a Model page, fill out the short application form, upload your photos—and that’s it! We’ll be in touch if we think you could be a fit.
