As Matthew Williamson celebrated 10 Years in the fashion industry at London Fashion Week Sept 07, Prince suddenly took to the floor and serenaded the models showing the collection with his new single: Chelsea Rodgers. The event took the fashion world by storm and it was the show that everyone wanted to say they were at.  But just who is Chelsea Rodgers?

According to Prince, she’s a role model, a fashion model…  In fact Chelsea Rodgers lives in LA and has just graduated with a BA in Psychology.  Having been approached by many agencies, she declined to take up their offers in order to concentrate on her education, when a chance meeting with Prince led to her appearing in the campaign to promote his own ‘3121’ perfume. The collaboration inspired the later track.

Now pursuing a professional modelling career, Chelsea continues to work on various design projects with Prince, all of which we’ll hear about in good time….
