Tallulah  Harlech

Born Tallulah Ormsby Gore, Harlech’s early childhood was spent predominantly in the country with her elder brother Jasset, whilst her mother Lady Amanda Harlech worked for John Galliano in London.
Fashion played a huge role in the siblings’ upbringing and the family home often played host to photo shoots and long weekends for their mother’s friends, including Andre Leon Talley, Bruce Weber and the late Isabella Blow.
Following her parents’ divorce and her mother’s appointment at Chanel in Paris (working alongside Karl Lagerfeld), Harlech attended Cheltenham Ladies’ College, spending summers between her father’s home in North Wales and Biarritz with Lagerfeld.
Excelling at school in theatre, Tallulah spent the holiday’s advancing her interest in acting performing in “Hiawatha” at the Edinburgh Festival in 2005, followed by a part in Anthony Minghella’s play, “Whale Music” the following year.
In 2007, Tallulah won a place at the prestigious Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York, training under the ‘method’ technique. She performed in an Off-Broadway production of “Richard III” in the autumn of 2008, playing Lady Anne, wife of Richard III opposite the noted RSC, actor Anatol Yusef.
In December 2008, Karl Lagerfeld cast Harlech as Coco Chanel’s hat model in his short film “Paris-Moscow”, which was shown to the world’s fashion press before his Pre-Fall 2009 collection.
A style icon in her own right, Tallulah has been profiled in list of prestigious publications including French Vogue, British Vogue, Vogue Italia, i-D, Russian Vogue, The Sunday Telegraph "Stella", Interview and Purple and has been photographed by the likes of Mario Testino, Bruce Weber, Kayt Jones and Karl Lagerfeld.
Tallulah currently acts as a creative consultant for Willa Keswick’s “Village Bicycle”, a West London concept store inspired by the 1960’s vintage store “Granny Takes a Trip”.
2012 sees the release of a short fashion film "Dame Judy" which Tallulah plays the lead and for which Chanel supplied the wardrobe.
