Founded by Carole White and her brother Chris Owen, the London based agency has played a key role in discovering, nurturing and building the international careers of some of world's biggest models. These include Naomi Campbell, Christy Turlington, Claudia Schiffer, Linda Evangelista, Cindy Crawford, Kirsty Hume, Katrin Thormann, Jamie Gunns, Suvi Koponen, Tao and Estella Warren.

The agency runs four divisions: Women, Men, Future Faces and Premier Special Bookings. Within these divisions Premier employs bookers who focus on specific areas of the industry. These include campaigns, editorial, catwalk, catalogue and special bookings.

The mens section is thriving with top male models such as Chad White, Henry Barnacle, Jason Muirbrook, Louis Archer and Justin Gaston regularly booking high profile campaigns.

The Premier Special Bookings division has secured campaigns for Sophie Ellis Bextor, Mischa Barton, Kelly Osbourne, Kate Hudson, Elizabeth Hurley and Lisa Snowdon to name a few and maintains a roster of international actors, TV presenters and stars from the music industry.

Carole White is a voice of authority and experience in the fashion industry. Her views and comments are much sought after by the Times, Telegraph, Guardian, Independent, Observer, Evening Standard and Daily Mail as well as by the BBC, TV, Sky News, CNN and many national TV and radio shows. Carole led the campaign against racism in fashion.

Chris Owen was instrumental in producing the Supermodels for George Michael's now infamous Freedom video. Chris created the original concept for David Bailey's highly successful Models Close Up documentary for Channel 4. He also created and developed both Naomi Campbell and Cindy Crawford's worldwide own brand cosmetics and fragrance lines.
